The Central Texas College Board of Trustees is comprised of elected representatives from the College District. Trustees serve six-year at-large terms representing the District, which includes the Killeen and Copperas Cove independent school districts. The Board's regular meeting is held the third Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. in the Anderson Campus Center (Bldg. 156).

Dr. Thomas Klincar was appointed chancellor of Central Texas College in February 2012. Previously, he served as president of John Wood Community College in Illinois. Prior to that, Dr. Klincar spent 28 years as a military officer in the United States Air Force (USAF), retiring as a full colonel in July 2008.
