Students interested in the MLT program will need to submit an Application Packet (found in the Student Handbook) to the MLT Office, located in Bldg. 150 (Science Center), Room 1114.

Applications lacking any of the above criteria will be considered incomplete.
After complete applications have been received by the office, students will be scheduled for an interview with the Program Director, and a decision will be made about acceptance into the program.
Upon successful acceptance, students will be given a Letter of Acceptance, alongside an MLT Degree Plan (MLAB5_aas), and necessary documents to register. (Students will not be able to register for any MLAB courses without these documents.)
