Adult Education

Vision

Adult Education: Building a better community, one student at a time.

For more than 25 years, Central Texas College’s Adult Education Program has been dedicated to providing accessible learning opportunities to adult students in Central Texas. The Adult Education Program offers free classes to improve adult basic education, enhance literacy skills, and prepare students to obtain their GED. English-as-Second Language (ESL) classes are available to strengthen students’ communication as well as reading and writing skills. Our citizenship classes prepare students for the citizenship test. With the help of the Central Texas community we are determined to transition students to post-secondary education and the workforce.
