Retirement Planning Today
If you’re like most people, you probably haven’t thought about what you want to accomplish in your retirement years. In order to financially prepare yourself for retirement, you need a clear idea of your retirement lifestyle goals. Will you travel? Volunteer? Work part-time or pursue hobbies? Because many pre-retirees see themselves living their retirement years much differently than their parents did, the entire planning process has changed. This course takes a very progressive approach to retirement planning, beginning with quick, individual exercises to help you start thinking about non-financial retirement planning issues. Bring $25 for the course workbook (available from the instructor). Couples may share one workbook. Don Christie is a Certified Financial Planner and Investment Advisor’s Representative. (2 meetings)
