In the last Colleague Implementation News , we spoke of the CTC "live dates" for some of the Colleague modules we are implementing. You might be wondering, "What are some of the other module live dates?" and "What have we done so far to go live?"

• A few teams have already gone live on their modules in the Financial System:
  • General ledger,
  • Purchasing, and
  • Accounts Payable.

  Although their modules are already live, the work hasn't stopped for those team leaders. They've been busy continuing to improve the initial processes we put in place and implement features that weren't within the scope of the first phase of the Financial implementation.

• We already mentioned that the Student system will start their parallel process in July.   They'll actually bring many modules live long before that, in support of the Summer 2 parallel registration.   The Core system will have been live for student data in January/February, Financial Aid will begin accepting Fall data in February, etc.
• Prior to any of the above, your hard working implementation teams and team leaders have put in literally thousands of hours in Colleague training, consulting and team meetings and homework. As you find these very hard working, very tired folks across campus, make sure to pat them on the back. They're supplying a great service for the College.
