   My goal is t o apply professional and personal knowledge to create an interactive and creative classroom environment that facilitates effective adult learning though real world application, increased personal knowledge, academic research and communication theory.

•  Taught upper level Professional Communication, Principles of Speech Communication and Intercultural Communication classes.

•  Member of the Faculty Assessment and Program committees to increase departmental standards for academic accreditation: reviewed and corrected instructor syllabi and assisted in program implementation.

•  Assisted Morehouse College Forensics Association preparation for AFA-NIET national tournament. Coached a student to AFA national informative speaking finals.

•  Counseled students on admission information for law school and graduate programs.
