Ms. Gibson has been working with computers for more than 20 years.
She is most interested in programming; she likes taking a problem and getting to a workable solution and she doesn't give up.
Her first computer was an IBM 8088 from the 80's. It had no hard drive because they didn't exist at the time and its processor ran at 4.77 MHz. Ms. Gibson would like you all to take note of the dot; that is not a typo.
Ms. Gibson found her profession in the IT field because she enjoys the challenge of creating programs and finding solutions.
Her decision to teach was at first a change of pace from the "number crunching" of administration. What started as a change of pace turned into a job she truly enjoys. |
