Description:The New CTC Nursing Building is currently under construction. This 85,000 square-foot building will support the CTC Nursing program and provide leased space for Texas A&M Central Texas, and Metroplex Hospital. The Nursing Program will occupy 35,000 square-feet of classrooms, labs, and office space. The building will be located west of the current Texas A&M Central Texas parking lot on University Drive. Status: 01/11/2010: Construction is in progress. Estimated Completion Date: January 2011

Description:The Fort Hood classroom structure is 26,000 square feet, containing 23 classrooms and is on leased property directly adjacent and north of our existing CTC Administration/classroom building 3201. Status: 01/11/2010: Construction of a new 26,000 square-foot classroom building at Fort Hood was completed and accepted on December 30, 2009. The building contains 23 classrooms and is adjacent to the CTC Administration/Classroom Building. Estimated Completion Date: Completed December, 2009

Description: We are planning for a complete renovation of the existing Student Center, building 106, and the construction of a new facility to be placed on the existing Student Center parking lot. The new structure will eventually become the new Student Center. All Food Service activities will move to the new facility along with the Bookstore. A new Board Room will be created on the second level, as well as new meeting and event spaces. Status: 01/11/2010: Planning is approaching completion for the construction of a new Student Center to be located on Academic Drive, South of the existing Student Center, and will consist of a dining facility and bookstore, a new Board room and a large assembly area. Construction of this 48,000 square-foot structure is expected to begin in April 2010. Planning is in progress to renovate the existing Student Center, Building 106. This construction project will not begin until the new Student Center facility is occupied. Construction is expected to begin in October of 2011. Estimated Completion Date: Planning is currently in progress.
