How to Get Your CTC Evaluation- Once you have 6 credit hours with CTC you are eligible for an official evaluation.
- Visit the Ft Riley CTC office and fill out an evaluation request form. Forms are also available at http://www.ctcd.edu/forms/ctc_f1w.htm.
- Active duty or prior military- go to http://aarts.army.mil/ and send your official transcripts to CTC Ft Riley Kansas.
- E-5’s and above must obtain a signed Commander’s Certification memo (see CTC representative) stating proficiency in current MOS or a certified copy of most recent NCOER.
- E-4’s and below must submit a certified copy of their ERB.
- Veterans must submit a DD 214.
- Send official copies of all college transcripts to CTC Ft Riley.
- If you have any relevant work experience/training you may submit copies for consideration.
- Once complete bring all forms to:
