Are my grades in?

• LInstructors have 2 weeks from the end of the term date to enter student grades.
• Grades can be checked through WebAdvisor or your goarmyed account
• For privacy reasons, CTC WILL NOT give out student grades over the phone.
• If you can't see your grade in Web Advisor or goarmyed, we can't see it either.

When are refunds being sent out?

• Refunds are sent out 2-4 weeks after the course has started.
• They are sent to the address on file.
• Check your WebAdvisor for updates.

I need help with my paper; where do I go for help?

• CTC has an online library (Oveta Culp Hobby Memorial Library) full of resources.
• Live Virtual Library Seminars are offered twice weekly and on request. Students receive exactly the same information and assistance, from a professional librarian, as provided to face to face students. These seminars familiarize faculty and students with the services provided by the OCHML through a virtual tour of the library portion of the Central Texas College website.
• Go to http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/. This website provides you with information on how to format your APA research paper.

I need a transcript; where do I go for help?

• CTC transcripts are free and can be ordered online through the website, however, express and/or priority mailing charges do remain as indicated on the transcript request form.
• On the homepage, go to QUICKLINKS and click on transcripts.
