Graduation Information

DEADLINE DATES:

** For Certificate or Degree in December: application must be in on or before October 1st **

(all classes must be completed by December 31st)

** For Certificate or Degree in May: application must be in on or before February 1st **

(all classes must be completed by May 31st)

** For Certificate or Degree in August: application must be in on or before June 10th **

(all classes must be completed by August 31st)

NOTE:
Applications must be accompanied by high school diploma or transcripts along with $25.00 payment. NO CASH ACCEPTED!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Can I participate in the graduation ceremony if I have not completed all my classes?
- Yes you can. You do not need to have completed all classes to participate in the graduation ceremony. However, classes must be completed during that year of the current graduation ceremony.

I’ve lost my high school diploma, how can I get another copy?
- You may request a copy of your high school diploma or transcripts by contacting your high school. If the high school is no longer available, you may contact the school district of the high school or the local Chamber of Commerce.

Can I apply for graduation if I have not completed all required courses?
- Yes. You can apply for graduation if classes are not complete. However, classes must be completed by the end of the graduation date (see graduations deadlines).

I will not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. Can I pick up my diploma from your office?
- Diplomas are mailed out to the address specified on the graduation application.

How often are the graduation ceremonies held?
- Graduation ceremonies are held once a year on the fourth Friday in October inside the Camp Pendleton Base movie theater.
