ARE MY GRADES IN YET??


INSTRUCTORS HAVE UP TO 2 WEEKS FROM THE TERM END DATE TO ENTER IN STUDENT GRADES.
Reminder: If you can’t see your grade in Web Advisor, we can’t see it either.

GRADES DUE DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
FALL 2008 (August - October): Novemeber 2

For privacy reasons, CTC WILL NOT give out student grades over the phone.

CHECK YOUR GRADES ONLINE THROUGH WEBADVISOR!!!

**WEBADVISOR INSTRUCTIONS**
Go to: www.online.ctcd.edu and select WebAdvisor

If you have used WebAdvisor before:

  • Proceed with “Log In”
  • Select “Student Menu”. Under Academic Profile
  • Select “Grades”
  • On the following screen select the term in which you would like to view and select “Submit”

If you are new to WebAdvisor:

  • Select “I’m new to WebAdvisor” at the bottom of the main menu.
  • Proceed with the steps provided in order to receive your User ID (initials first and last name and last 6 digits of SSN) and Password (which will be sent to you via email). PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE AT THE CTC OFFICE.
  • Once you receive your password proceed to “Log In”. Once logged in, proceed with the steps listed above. *OR YOU CAN*
  • Proceed with “Log In”
  • Fill in “username” as instructed above
  • Password will be student birth date (mmddyy); you will be prompted to change your password, and then proceed with steps above for returning students.
