INSTRUCTORS HAVE UP TO 2 WEEKS FROM THE TERM END DATE TO ENTER IN STUDENT GRADES.

Reminder: If you can’t see your grade in Web Advisor, we can’t see it either.

For privacy reasons, CTC WILL NOT give out student grades over the phone.

 

 

GET YOUR GRADES!

CHECK YOUR GRADES ONLINE THROUGH WEBADVISOR!!!

**WEBADVISOR INSTRUCTIONS**

Go to: www.online.ctcd.edu and select WebAdvisor

 

1. Select Web Advisor (located at the top of the screen)

2. Proceed to the "Log In" tab.

3. User ID: The User ID will be the first initial of the student's first name, followed by the first initial of the student's last name, and the last 6 digits of the student's SSN.

Example: js456789 (for student John Smith SSN: 123-45-6789)

4. Password:

• If you have used WebAdvisor before: you will enter your password.
• If you are new to WebAdvisor: your password will be your birthday formatted (mmddyy). Example: 050378 would be your password for May 3, 1978.
• New student's will be prompted to change their passwords. Please do so and enter a hint for future log in purposes.

5. Once logged into WebAdvisor, go to Students

7. Select "Grades"

8. Select the term for which you would like to view your grades.

 

To Send Your Grades to Pensacola:

• Copy grades and paste into a Word Document. Ensure your Name, SSN, and Central Texas College are written on the paper . Print. Fax your grades to: 1-850-452-1149.
• Copy grades and paste into an email.
  For Navy, email grades to: sfly_ta.navy@navy.mil For Marines,
  email grades to: sfly_ta.marine@navy.mil
