Mayborn Planetarium Reservation Request Form
Reservation Instructions:
Browse through the available shows and choose a program for your group.
Fill out the reservation request form.
You will receive an e-mail response from us about the status of your request within five business days. If you have a question about your reservation, you may email us at
planetarium@ctcd.edu
or call our reservations office at 254-526-1768.
Our reservationist is generally available between the hours of 1 – 5 p.m. Monday or Tuesday
, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. on Friday. If we are unavailable, please be prepared to leave a message. When you call, please have the following information ready:
school name and phone number
grade, number of students and adults
date and time of day you are requesting
program choice (see available shows)
if you have any specific needs or requests
