We've opened a world of education to you through Central Texas College's Program 
for U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Online courses use the Internet as the primary delivery system for instruction. Course materials (guides, syllabi, reading lists, and lecture notes) are posted on the Internet for students' use. Students enrolling in online courses must supply their own computers with Internet access and email. Some courses require special software, too.
