Procedures for Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in Central Texas College's Distance Learning Program. If you are located outside the state of Texas, to become a CTC Distance Learning student you will need to complete and submit an Application for Admissions, which may be found at: http://www.ctcd.edu/forms/appl_for_admission_080106.pdf and the Class Registration Form, which may be found at http://www.ctcd.edu/forms/dtel_ci_reg.pdf.

Enter the registration information on the Class Registration form. You may find the schedule at:http://online.ctcd.edu/schedule/index_datatel.cfm.

The registration deadlines for O'CONUS (outside Continental US) students is 14 days prior to the class start date and for CONUS (Continental US) students is 14 days prior to the class start date. Please pay particular attention to the registration deadlines in the schedule regarding your location.

Once you have completed the documents (the Tuition Assistance Form may follow later), send your forms by any of these methods, which are listed in order of preferred method:

  • Fax to 254-526-1481 Attn: Online Mentors
  • Scan and Email as attachment to Online.Mentors@ctcd.edu
  • Mail to Central Texas College, Attn: Online Mentors, P.O. Box 1800, Killeen, TX 76540-1800

Submitting a Tuition Assistance (TA) form does not guarantee a seat in the course. Because TA is a form of payment, it is important that you are enrolled in the class as early as possible.
