The Student Support Services team, part of the CTC Guidance and Counseling Department, is dedicated to helping all of the students that we serve achieve their educational and life goals.


Disability Support Services

The Disability Support Services Program provides services to students who have appropriate documentation of a disability.

Disabled students are encouraged to visit with a counselor to complete an intake questionnaire and discuss documentation requirements.

Visit us in Building 111, Room 207 on main campus. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Childcare Services

Childcare Services provides assistance to persons who meet the income guidelines and are enrolled in technical/vocational degree and certificate programs. Textbook Lending Program (Bldg 111, Room 207):

Textbook loan assistance is provided to career and technical students who meet the economic guidelines.

 

The following is required to apply for textbook assistance:

  1. Complete the agreement form (available in Bldg 111, Room 207).
  2. Bring and submit a copy of your current class schedule. Courses must be on your degree plan to qualify.
  3. Provide proof of economic need. Contact 526-1450 for more details.

Once you receive the book(s), you will also be given the due date for returning them. Students who do not return the books by the due date are placed on a registration hold.
