Full-time employees, working for the College within Texas, are eligible for employer-paid health insurance or additional monetary compensation if this coverage is waived. Employees outside of Texas are not eligible for this health coverage, but will receive the additional monetary compensation.

As a full-time employee at CTCD in Texas you are eligible for Group Benefits Program (GBP), which include Health, Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Dental, Dependent Life, and Short and Long Term Disability Coverage. The GBP is administered through Employee Retirement System of Texas (ERS). ERS's website is http://www.ers.state.tx.us.
