Employee Personnel File Maintenance

All employees may view their own personnel file. Note: To maintain confidentiality and protect an individual's privacy, files may only be viewed by supervisory personnel in that person's chain of command or a potential hiring supervisor.

An Employee may also obtain copies from their file, such as copies of applications, resumes, transcripts, performance evaluations, part-time employment agreements, and personal status forms.
