balance of $4,905.00 payable to ACT as per terms specified in
the financial agreement.

Method of Payment: Cash, credit card, money order, cashier's check or purchase order from funding agency. Program qualifies for those who wish and are eligible to receive W.I.A, TRC, M.E.T. or any other applicable funding agency except VA or Financial Aid.
