To set AutoArchive options:
Open MS Outlook.
Click Tools and Options.
Select the Other tab.
Click AutoArchive and set AutoArchive options. It is recommended that AutoArchive be set to run every 14 days.
Click Ok.
Click Ok.
To access archived files, check: C:\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst.To view hidden folders, see the Tech Tip “Displaying Hidden Folders”.
