The Microsoft Outlook calendar function allows you to schedule future meetings and events to help you manage your time efficiently. When working properly, Outlook will display a popup notification at a predetermined time before the event so you will not be late. However if you are not receiving these alerts, follow the steps below and the problem should be corrected.
To display popup notifications from Outlook:
- Close Outlook if it is open.
Click Start and click Run.
Type “outlook /cleanreminders” and click Ok. Outlook will open and your meeting notifications should now pop up.
