The CTC IT Help Desk can assist you with problems that occur on your desktop or laptop computer. If you follow the steps in Section 1, before you call the help desk, you can sometimes resolve the issue yourself. If the steps in Section 1 do not correct the issue, perform the steps in Section 2 and call the help desk at extension 3103.
