Quick Access to the Desktop

Are you tired of minimizing all those open windows in order to access an application shortcut on your desktop? You can click the Show Desktop icon on your Quick Launch toolbar located next to the Start button (see Figure 1). You can right-click on an empty part of the toolbar and select “Show the Desktop”. Or you can creat a Desktop Toolbar to get easy access to all of the programs on your desktop.

- PROCEDURE
To create a desktop toolbar:
Right-click on an empty part of the toolbar.
- Go to Toolbars and select Desktop. The Desktop toolbar will appear (see Figure 2).

- To access the programs, click the double arrows and select the desired program (see Figure 3).
