Do you use a particular program often and have to close or minimize windows to use the program? Or, do you dislike using the “START” button and then scrolling through all the programs on your computer to find the right program? The Quick Launch toolbar can provide you one-click access to programs or folders that are used on a daily basis. Located in the blue strip at the bottom of your screen, which is also known as the Taskbar, the Quick Launch toolbar makes accessing programs such as MS Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Datatel easy and time efficient. The Quick Launch toolbar is located to the right of the “Start” button and to the left of the open windows display and the system tray (see Figure 1).
