GoTo Meeting - Attendee Presentation - A PowerPoint presentation about the online conferencing tool GoTo Meeting. This tool allows remote users to see what is on your screen in real-time. It allows users to collaborate on documents, deliver presentations, and securely share confidential information from anywhere, at any time.

GoTo Meeting - Organizer Presentation - This PowerPoint presentation demonstrates how users can set up and conduct an online conference using the GoTo Meeting online conferencing tool. Users will learn how to set up a conference, log on, and invite other users to participate in the conference.

Internet Explorer 7.0 - The Internet Explorer 7.0 (IE7) presentation helps users understand the new look of IE7 and how to utilize its new features.

MS Outlook Appointment Scheduler - This PowerPoint presentation shows users how to set up the appointment scheduling feature in MS Outlook. It shows users step-by-step how to enter the event, date, time, and reminders for appointments.

New Employee Orientation and Postini Email Protection Presentation - The IT Division has posted a PowerPoint presentation for new employees on Email Account Access and Postini Email Protection. This presentation covers spam and the Postini email protection system used by the College. The presentation also covers how to log on to Postini, set passwords, and how to set junk filter settings.

SLIC - A PowerPoint presentation on CTC's customized reporting solution. This presentation is an introductory tutorial to teach users how to quickly and easily generate reports. Please contact the IT Help Desk at (254)501-3103 if you have any questions after viewing this tutorial.

Telephone Services - This presentation instructs users how to use the Avaya telephone system. Topics include How to Request Telephone and Voice Mail Services, Telephone Operation Procedures, Using AUDIX©, and explanations about the different types of telephone models in use by CTC.

Vista Desktop Management - The IT Division has prepared a PowerPoint presentation in preparation for the upcoming distribution of the Vista operating system. The presentation explains the Vista operating system, describes its new look and feel, shows users how to find common functions, and explains how to use the new features in Vista.  Vista is scheduled to be released college-wide later this year.

*NEW* Voice over Internet Protocol - This presentation teaches users about Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and the services provided by the IT Division.

Windows Basics - This presentation gives users an introduction to the Microsoft Windows environment. Topics include the basics of Windows, the desktop, using the recycle bin, and keyboard shortcuts.
