Central Texas College

Clery Act and Crime Statistics

The Central Texas College Police prepares this report to comply with the Clery Act or the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. This report is prepared in cooperation with the local law enforcement agencies surrounding our campuses.

Campus crime, arrest and referral statistics, include those reported to the CTCD Police, designated campus officials (including but not limited to directors, deans, department heads, faculty, staff advisors to students and/or student organizations), and local law enforcement agencies.

Yearly, campus crime statistics are made available to all enrolled students, faculty, staff and all prospective students via the Central Texas College Class Schedule Bulletin, the campus newsletter "The Bell Tower Buzz" and distributed through a campus wide email memorandum and/or through distribution of hard copies. Anyone may request and obtain a copy of the campus crime statistics report at the office of the Campus Police during normal business hours.
