Academic Advising

Academic advising at Central Texas College provides an array of student services to help you get started or to stay on track during your academic pursuits at CTC. Contact the Fort Campbell Director to set up an academic advising appointment.

CTC Eagle Mail

All CTC credit students worldwide receive a CTC student email account following their initial class registration. Please forward your CTC eagle mail to your personal email for convenience.


Undergraduate scholarships are forms of aid that help students pay for their education. Unlike student loans, scholarships do not have to be repaid.

Joint Services Transcript

CTC awards evaluated credit for military education and experience.


CTC offers you several nontraditional ways to earn credit toward your associate degree or certificate at CTC. Please contact the Fort Campbell National Testing Center to make an appointment to take an exam. Exams are giving Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30am or 1:00pm. Please schedule you appointment two weeks in advance. Test prep for CLEP & DSST exams are offered through Peterson's.

Fort Campbell host a Post-Wide Graduation Ceremony for service members, veterans, dependents, and civilians who are unable to attend their college graduation. For more information contact the Fort Campbell Site Director.
