3 credit hour course-$600.00

4 credit hour course-$800.00

Distance Learning Tuition: $235.00 Per Credit Hour

Distance Learning Tuition Texas Resident (Out of District):  $113.00 Per Credit Hour

Distance Learning Tuition Texas Resident (In District):  $90.00 Per Credit Hour


Payment methods:

Credit card, check or  money order.


Financial Aid Accepted:

TA, PELL, Student Loan, MyCAA, Voc Rehab, all Veteran’s Educational Benefits.

Students are responsible for any additional amounts due CTC for post-enrollment audits and corrections, including all fees and waivers: i.e., registration assessing errors, dropping or adding classes, invalid employment or third-party waivers, etc.


Refunds:

Refunds will be computed from the effective date of the Application for Withdrawal / Refund and will be made according to the following schedule:
   

% Refund

Withdrawal

100% Refund

Withdrawal before the first day of the term.

75% Refund

Withdrawal if not more than 1/8 of the term has elapsed.

25% Refund

Withdrawal if not more than 1/4 of the term has elapsed.

No Refund

Withdrawal if more than 1/4 of the term has elapsed.


Virginia students may be refunded in accordance with the State of Virginia refund policy if the enrollment is not based upon an existing federal contract or agreement. Obtain information about the refund policy from the Education Officer, Navy College Officer, or Central Texas College representative.
