Martin Tootle is a 30 year Retired Veteran, United States Marine Corps, Master Gunnery Sergeant. A Founding Member and Coordinator for starting the Marine Corps League’s “Sgt Darrell S. Cole Detachment #1195” in St Robert, MO. and a Marine Corps League Officer since 2005 at both Detachment and Department of Missouri levels. Graduate of Central Texas College with an Associate of Arts in General Studies, a Graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, with Honors, Summa Cum Laude, member of Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society.

Faculty Coordinator:  Cecelia Mallams, or

Cecelia Mallams was born in Seoul, South Korea. She graduated from Waynesville High School and has lived in the Ft. Leonard Wood area most of her life. She has a Associates Degree in Environmental Science, a Graduate of Drury University with a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies, and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Environmental Management with Webster University.

VoTech Coordinator: Don Brown,

Donald Brown was born in Stuttgart, Germany moving to Waynesville, MO in 1968. Donald graduated from Waynesville Senior High School and served in the US Army. Donald retired from the Waynesville School district 26 years of dedicated service. He is happily married to Rhonda Brown.

Registrar: Jeffery Isom,  

Jeffery Isom was born in Thomasville, Georgia. After graduating High School Jeffery enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Motor Transport Operator where he retired after 20 years. Jeffery Graduated from Central Texas College in 2007 with and Associate of Arts in General Studies while on Active Duty. Jeffery is Graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, is a Graduate of Webster University with a Masters of Arts in Management and Leadership and is currently pursuing a degree with Central Texas College in Business Administration. Jeffery is married to the beautiful Mrs. Jolene Isom and have 5 lovely children.

Tool Room Attendant: Curtis Kelley /

Curtis Allen Kelley was born and raised in Missouri and joined Central Texas College in 2014 serving as the Tool Room Attendant. He is currently pursuing Associates in Applied Science in Maintenance Technology with Central Texas College and has also studied Auto-Collision repair for two years at Waynesville Career Center.

Full Time Maintenance Tech Instructor: John Newcomer

John Newcomer spent 20 years in the U.S Army and retired in 1985. He also retired from the Army and Air Force Civil Service after 28 years of service. John has also owned a home improvement business for the last 20 years. John received his BA from Park University. He has been teaching for CTC since June 2013.

Full Time English Instructor: Melissa Hardwick

Melissa Hardwick is an English Professor with over 16 years experience. She teaches Literature, Creative, Technical and Business Writing. She has experience as an elearning platform editor within a major publishing company. Professor Hardwick received a B.A. in Literature, a B.A. in English History, her Master's Degree in Rhetoric, and has completed her PhD coursework in Texts and Technology. She focuses on creating a fun, non-traditional classroom experience while using a Socratic Method of mentorship.Vaca
