Application for Degree or Certificate

Deadlines for Applying

Degrees and Certificates are conferred three times a year by Central Texas College, in December, May, and August. For all students, requests for degrees and certificates from all locations must reach the Graduation Specialist at CTC PFEC Headquarters, Camp Market, Korea, by:

  • October 1 for a Degree or Certificate conferred in December
  • February 1 for a Degree or Certificate conferred in May
  • June 10 for a Degree or Certificate conferred in August

Requirements for Applying

All course requirements must be completed prior to degree / certificate award. Students submitting requests for a certificate or degree who do not complete course requirements by the graduation date will not graduate.

Continental & International students are highly encouraged to file their graduation application on line by clicking here: Student Application for Degree / Certificate

However, students may submit a Student Application for Degree / Certificate form: 1) by mail to Main Campus in Texas (preferred), 2) to the local site representative at the site where they are currently attending classes, or 3) by mail to:
