How to Enroll
If you are a new student to Central Texas College, you need to
- Complete a CTC Application for Admissions and Registration forms available at http://www.ctcd.edu/student/forms_student.htm and submit all required paperwork, including official high school transcript or GED scores, any official transcripts from accredited colleges or universities previously attended.
- Get advised
- Students in the Killeen, Copperas Cove, Ft. Hood, and Service Area. Academic advisement is available through the Guidance and Counseling Office located in the Student Services Building (119) on a walk-in basis except during scheduled registration periods.
- Students in Texas but outside the college district. Contact the Distance Education Counselor at counselor.distanceed@ctcd.edu or a Student Services Advisor/Evaluator at (800) 792-3348, ext. 1296.
- Students located outside of Texas. See the local CTC representative. If such services are not available, contact the Distance Education Counselor at counselor.distanceed@ctcd.edu or a Student Services Evaluator/Advisor (800) 792-3348, ext. 1296.
- Select courses and register via WebAdvisor
- Pay tuition and fees (tuition and fees must be paid in full on the same day you register and may be paid online or in person at one of our site locations).

Military Spouse Career Advancement Account (MyCAA)
If you plan to use a Military Spouse Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) for education & training for a portable career, you must also register through Military One Source and receive pre-approval for program of study and the courses you will take.
To get started, follow steps 1 & 2 above, and simultaneously register for a MyCAA account via Military One Source. Be sure to provide your authorization letter to your Central Texas College representative prior to or immediately following course registration so that your account will be marked accordingly and your tuition and fees will be billed to your MyCAA account.
