Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional - Server Administrator (MCITP)
Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional-Server Administrator training will take you from undestanding network principles to managing a network of users, and will help you prepare for the exams required to receive the MCITP certification. The program is available via classroom delivery at Fort Hood and via online delivery worldwide.
Program Features:
- 24 semester hours of possible credit
- Prepares students for up to six exams and seven certificates: Network+, Security+, MCP, three MCTS and the MCITP
- Open to active duty military & civilians
- Eligible for tuition assistance and VA funding
Technical Requirements/Limitations:
- Student MUST have admin rights to install an e-client in order to complete required labs
- PC only; NO MAC
- NIPR/SIPR firewalls will not access labs

Central Texas College is excited to offer new preparation courses for a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional, Server Administrator certification. Students will have the benefit of online course delivery via Blackboard™, along with supplemental course materials including access to online practice tests; hands-on, web-based lab access; and printed instructional materials. Concurrent enrollment in the first two courses will entitle students to a bonus: a free Apple iPod touch™, which will allow access to Blackboard™ anywhere Wi-Fi is available!
| Note: All instructional materials including any hardware, software, iPod and books remain the property of Central Texas College until the end of the last day to drop a course. If a student drops a course(s) before the drop period is over, the student is responsible for promptly returning all instructional materials to CTC and in good working order. Failure to do so may result in a financial hold. If all instructional materials are not returned within 60 days, reimbursement may be sought through a collection agency. |
ALL INCLUSIVE TUITION RATE, EXCEPTIONAL VALUE
The tuition rate for this special program is set at $250 per credit hour, and includes course materials. Concurrent enrollment in the first two courses (ITNW 1458 and ITNW 1416) will entitle students to a bonus: a free Apple iPod touch™. Students will have access to online practice tests focusing on successful certification. The course also includes 40 hours of hands-on, web-based lab access for each course.
THE PATH TO CERTIFICATION
This program prepares students for as many as six exams (two CompTIA and four Micrsoft exams). As students complete the coursework, standardized certification exams may be taken at any Prometric testing center for an additional $150-270 per exam that is not covered by tuition assistance or financial aid.
