August 25, 2016 - IT Service Alert
Activity: Planned power outage
Start Date/Time: Saturday, August 27, 2016, at 6:00 a.m. CDT
Purpose: Facilities will be installing a new power transfer switch for building 107.
Impact on Service Delivery:
- Buildings on the north side of the campus will lose network connectivity.
- Phone services for the Central, Ft Hood, Gatesville, Marble Falls, and Fredericksburg campuses will be unavailable during the planned power outage.
Estimated Date/Time of Restoration: Saturday, August 27, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. CDT
August 9, 2016 - Service Request Forms Restored
The issue that prevented forms from sending has been resolved. Users can now access IT forms once more. Equipment and software requests have been temporarily put on hold until the start of the next fiscal year.
August 5, 2016 - IT Service Advisory
The IT Division is aware of an issue that is keeping students from paying for classes via PayPal. PayPal has been alerted of the problem and is currently working to resolve it. Another service advisory will be released when more information is available.

Activity: Clearing outdated Colleague files
Start Date/Time: Thursday, August 04, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. CDT
Purpose: To fix the issues with Self-Service and the Colleague Context Card.
Impact on Service Delivery: Colleague UI, Web Advisor, Self-Service, and Informer will be down during this timeframe.

IT staff are currently working on the context card issue, which will be resolved in the morning.
