Issue:  The IT Division has become aware of an email that is circulating within CTC with the subject ‘Order Confirmation RET-3847582.’  If you receive the message below, delete it immediately and remove it from your ‘Deleted Items’ folder. Additionally, you can block the sender by clicking on the ‘Junk’ folder and selecting ‘Block Sender.’

Activity:  Server Maintenance (Web01 & CTC 366E)

Date/Time:  July 10, 2015, Noon CDT

Purpose:  Upgrade server software to latest version.

Impact on Service Delivery:  The following applications/databases will be unavailable during this service:

  • CTC Website – Course Evaluations

  • CTC Website – Faculty Curriculum Vitae

  • CTC Website – Career Clusters

  • Informant (Police)

  • MicroCall

  • PrintManager (Nursing)

The KNCT website and the print queues for Reprographics will also be unavailable.

Webpage content that may be affected during the upgrade include:

  • Ecommerce

  • ApplyTx

  • Employment postings

  • Preceptor

  • Calendar
