Goals & Objectives

1. To provide a safe and secure campus that will create and maintain a feeling of safety and security for all.
2. Responsive to the college community in the delivery of skillful quality law enforcement service.
3. Affording dignity and respect to every individual.

5. Develop a cooperative relationship with all members of the campus community.
6. Maintain a well trained community oriented, professional work force.
7. Work with members of the college community as partners in a combined policing effort to address mutual concerns and resolve mutual problems.
8. Create an environment of teamwork through trust, commitment, collaboration, perspective, direction and cooperation.
9. Decrease the amount of actual or perceived criminal activity.
10. Create a community awareness of crime problems and methods of increasing the police department's ability to deal with actual or potential criminal activity in a method that is swift, effective and placing emphasis on safety to the community.
11. To eliminate citizen apathy about reporting a crime to the police.
12. Educate the public and in turn be educated by the public by one on one contact, formal classes, presentations and written communication.
