Warnings and Emergency Broadcast Messaging
The Central Texas College District's Community Relations and Marketing
Department coordinates and manages all information and media communication
involving events and activities relating to the college district.
This institution will immediately notify the campus community upon the confirmation
of a significant emergency or dangerous situation involving an immediate threat
to the health or safety of students or staff on campus. For more information,
see CTC Emergency Alert (applies
to TX Campuses only).
Warnings may only be withheld if they would compromise efforts to contain the
emergency; however, every effort will be made to issue crisis warnings without
any delay following confirmation of an emergency.
