The purpose of the quality enhancement plan is to

Create a Culture that Focuses

on Enhancing Student Learning

The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) developed in 2004 implemented a permanent improvement process to keep pace with student needs for rich content, creative and effective learning experiences, streamlined administrative processes, and a college experience that welcomes students into the world of lifelong learning.  We strive to continually improve our professionalism through thoughtfully designed, focused, forward-looking courses of action that increase student access and quality of learning.  We create the learning culture by recognizing and encouraging successes, identifying challenges, and improving anything that affects our students' learning potential. This is the essence of our QEP.

The 2005-2010 QEP has run its life cycle and CTC will prepare a new plan in advance of our next reaffirmation process.  A summary of our results is posted here.

Quality enhancement continues to involve all of us, and being known for QUALITY will help us continue to attract great students, faculty and staff who choose Central Texas College for their education and professional life.
