I will be using this Rubric to evaluate your presentation. Your presentations are to be done individually and are not to exceed 13 minutes in duration which will leave 2 minutes for questions, total time of 15 minutes. You can pick a topic of your choice but it MUST BE approved by me and related directly to the field of Microbiology. You will give your presentation in lab class at a specified time. The scedule will be worked out in lab.

Hints for preparing your presentation.

If you use powerpoint estimate 1 minuter per slide excluding your title slide.

Each slide should contain no more than 8 lines of text and these should NOT be complete sentences.

If you use diagrams or photographs make sure you explain them and no what they are.

You must have a COPY of the presentation to give to the instructor at the time you make your presentation to the class.

Your presentation MUST be related to the field of Microbiology.
