What is the Speakers' Bureau?
Central Texas College provides a Speakers' Bureau as a free resource to the communities served by the college. CTC's outstanding faculty, administrators and staff are available to share with your audience their professional knowledge and expertise, personal interests and experiences.

How do I schedule a speaker?
First, choose a speaker by reviewing our selection by topic or speaker. It is helpful if you have a first, second and even a third choice in the event your first choice is unavailable when you need him/her. It is also helpful if you can be flexible with dates and times for your program. Please make arrangements as far in advance as possible in order to ensure sufficient time for planning and publicity.
To schedule one of these dynamic speakers, please fill out the Speaker Request Form online. You may submit it online, or print and fax it to 254-526-1751.
- Your name, phone number and home/business address
- Type of audience and estimated size
- Name of school, business, community group, club, or media news organization
- Date, time, and address where meeting/program will take place
- Directions to meeting/program location
- Length of presentation - indicate if there is a question & answer period scheduled pursuant to the presentation
- Your first, second and third choice of speakers
