Request a Campus Tour

Individual Tours
The Office of Student Affairs conducts walking tours for prospective students and newly admitted students. These tours are lead by a Student Ambassador or personnel from Student Affairs. Individual tours are available Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings, year-round except during normal campus closures. During the tour you will have the opportunity to meet faculty, counselors, current students of CTC and other students participating in the tour.


To accommodate your request, our office will require a notification of 5 days before the schedule date of the tour. Individuals with disabilities should schedule their tour 7 days before the tour if special accommodations are needed.

Group Tours (Schools and Organizations)
This office offers group tours for schools and organizations that want to tour and learn more about Central Texas College. The group tours are lead by Student Ambassadors and/or personnel from Student Affairs. Group tours are offered Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings, year-round except during normal campus closures. The tours will included but are not limited to: visiting class rooms and student oriented facilities, meeting faculty and counselors, watching presentations and lunch on us.


If your group or organization would like to tour our campus, please submit your request at least 3 weeks before your desired tour date. Those individuals in your group that may need special accommodations should be included on the online request.

Student Ambassadors

 

The CTC Ambassadors are important part of our campus outreach programs. The Ambassadors will participate in a number of on campus and off campus events that actively interact with prospective students and the local community. Throughout the year the Ambassadors will be requested to attend numerous off campus school district programs and conduct on campus tours.
