Central Texas College employs a dedicated team of Student Services Advisors in our Eagles On Call Center ready to assist prospective and current CTC students through the admission and course enrollment process. We are available to assist current or prospective students in planning course schedules, degree plans, and general academic and financial advising. In addition to providing academic guidance and counseling, the Eagles On Call Center also has knowledgeable staff ready to assist Veteran students located outside of Texas. Our staff will process the required documents for students in the U.S. located outside Texas using VA educational benefits for online courses. In addition, we will process documents for students taking classroom and online courses at our Europe or Pacific Far East campuses. For Europe and Pacific Far East students, please work with your local site to submit this information to our office. First time VA students should submit the following documents using CTC's secure eForms portal:

  • Veterans Enrollment Certificate (VEC)
  • Certificate of Eligibility
  • DD-214 (if out of service)
  • Instructions to submit VEC & supporting documents via eForms

Returning Veteran students should submit a VEC via eForms after each online course enrollment. If additional information is required, the staff working with Veterans in the Eagles On Call Center can be reached via phone or email using the contact information below.
