Your CTC Financial Aid File

Your Financial Aid file must be completed and an award accepted by:
Apr 1 (Summer)
Jun 1 (Fall)
Oct 1 (Spring)
Applications will be accepted and processed after these dates; however, you may experience delays in processing. If you choose to register before your file is completed, you will be responsible for payment at time of registration. All applications will be processed in order of receipt in the Office of Student Financial Assistance.

Student Loans

Starting 18/19 academic year the Financial Aid Department will begin packaging direct subsidized and unsubsidized loans for fall and spring semesters. We will not require a student loan request form, unless you intend on borrowing for a summer term. Please contact the loan department if you are interested in applying for the summer of 2019.

Financial Aid Bookstore Charging

Aug 1 through Jul 6
Funds may be available to purchase books 10 days before your class starts.
Bookstore charging may only be processed through the official CTC Bookstore on Central Campus or online at www.ctcbookstore.com

Time to Start FAFSA Completion

Foundation Scholarships

The deadline to apply for CTC Foundation Scholarships is 11:59 p.m. on March 31. Applications are accepted online between Jan 1 and Mar 31 each year.

Foundation scholarships are both need and merit based. The scholarships are awarded in late spring and are available to recipients for the fall and spring semesters of the following academic year. You MUST have APPLIED to Central Texas College and have a CTC ID number to submit an application for scholarship.
