Preliminary Graduation Review

A preliminary graduation review is a one-time review of requirements prior to graduation.

It should be requested only when you have nine to 12 hours remaining to complete a specific degree plan, or when you think you are enrolling in your final classes. To be reviewed, an official evaluation must have been previously completed.

After submitting the form below, an email confirmation receipt providing the timeframe in which you can expect a reply will be sent within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your review application.

All replies are sent via email.

A graduation application should be completed only after results of this preliminary review are received.
