Account Creation and Activation

Beginning Fall 2014, student email accounts will be automatically created for students no sooner than seven days prior to the class start date. This email is a permanent, free student email address.

Students will receive an activation email within three business days of account creation with instructions for accessing CTC EagleMail. 

The format for CTC EagleMail addresses is firstinitiallastname@stu.ctcd.edu. As duplicate usernames occur, a sequential number will be assigned such as firstinitiallastname2@stu.ctcd.edu.

For example, the first student named John Doe's email will be JDoe@stu.ctcd.edu. If a second student named John Doe registers later, his email will be JDoe2@stu.ctcd.edu

The activation email (example below) will come to the email address you have on file with CTC as your "primary" email.

Your CTC EagleMail address is firstinitiallastname@stu.ctcd.edu.

Your default password is the initials in lowercase of your first and last names plus your date of birth in the format mmddyy. Example: jd112193.
