Degrees and Certificates

This program offers different pathways, and you can choose your final destination. It takes just six courses to complete each of our certificate programs. Our certificates are stackable which means they are linked and the completion of each one draws you a semester closer to completion of an associate's degree.

Office administrative support personnel perform various duties including answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls, scheduling appointments and updating event calendars, arranging staff meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, drafting routine memos, billing or other reports, editing company correspondence and ensuring document accuracy, maintaining databases and filing systems whether electronic or paper and performing basic bookkeeping.

The Office Technology certificates and Associate of Applied Science degree can be completed entirely online (except for internship) or with a combination of online courses including traditional or blended classroom courses on central campus each semester through open-entry courses (start anytime) or weekend courses in our campus Career and Technology.
