This associate degree or certificate program provides students a solid foundation for starting a rewarding career in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration field. 

Those with the ability to master the fundamentals in mechanical and electrical theory, maintenance and troubleshooting will find this career very rewarding. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers with assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction is a plus.

This program offers different pathways, and you can choose your final destination. Students may pursue an associate degree or certificate. The certificate develops skills for more immediate employability. The associate degree adds additional specialized coursework along with more general academic courses.

This program is designed to prepare students for careers in residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration. It provides entry-level, industry-validated “hands-on” instruction using current technologies and equipment.
