Cynthia comes to CTC with 10 years of experience as a catering chef and event manager. She enjoys making events special. She enjoys both cooking and baking, but has a passion for cake decoration. 

"Show people you love them, feed them good food," was something her grandmother always said. Cynthia has taken it to heart.

Those amazing salads you have been enjoying over the last five years are Mary's creations. We can give Mary a list of ingredients and she'll create a salad like none other. We affectionately call her Amazing Mary! The next time your in the Cafe', let us know what your favorite salad is and we'll have Amazing Mary put her spin on it.
