Friday: 7:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m.
Services:
- Emergency-critical situations such as suicide, significant anger management, domestic violence, etc.
- Individual, Group, and Family Counseling (under certain circumstances)
- Peer counseling, AA, OA, Dorm groups, and a Mindfulness Hour Group
All of these services and more are offered in Bldg. 264 on the Main Campus, Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30-11:30 a.m.

The information you share with our mental health counselor is sensitive and personal, making it confidential. The private information you share with your mental health counselor will NOT be shared or disclosed to anyone without your permission. However, please know there are exceptions to this confidentiality you must know before starting your session with a counselor. You are welcome to discuss any concerns about confidentiality with a counselor at any point in time.
If you or someone you know need urgent or immediate assistance, please contact 512-472-HELP (4357), 911, or 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). If you or someone you know is considering harm to self (suicide) or to others please call 911 immediately.

Left unchecked, intense emotional reactions to overwhelming circumstances may cause anger, mood instability, psychological deterioration or dangerous behavior.

If your emergency occurs during operational hours, immediate assistance is available. Please seek out your mental health counselor at 254-501-3096 or 254-526-1166, reach out to CTC police at 254-526-1200 or call 911. Additional support is available.
In case of a mental health emergency occurring during non-operational hours, please call 911 or go directly to a hospital emergency room.
