FC Participants
We encourage each and every one of you to participate in the final weigh-in on April 19-20, 2023, as our stats show that we generally have less than one-half of registrants complete the Fitness Challenge through the final weigh in. You all have made a commitment to yourself to a healthier 2023, and we encourage you to keep going throughout the semester to the final weigh in.
Risk Management will be sending out inspirational emails each week to give you helpful information in obtaining your weight loss goals. As added motivation, you are reminded that each individual winner and the winning team will be given a total of one paid day off per winner, courtesy of the Chancellor.
Risk Management wants this to be the most successful year and believes you can do it! “Be Happy and Be Healthy ”!!!
Keep motivated by participating in a CTC intermural sport, joining an exercise or nutrition class, walking or jogging the campus sidewalks, hiking the CTC Eagle Trail, or putting together daily or weekly lunch activities to keep yourself moving. Our CTC Wellness Program offers two (2) paid hours each week for exercise activities. Contact HR for more information on this program. Are you planning an event, a Walk-A-Thon, etc.? We can assist you by providing guidance to ensure a successful event.
