Tutorial lessons are taught on a one-on-one basis, allowing each student to advance at their own pace. Before the beginning of a tutorial course, the instructor sits down with the student to discuss the goals of the course, meeting times and assess the present level of the student.
Each course is different according to the needs of the student and their present foreign language level.
Beginning students will learn the basic building blocks of the language as well as cultural, geographical and historical aspects of the country.
Intermediate and advanced students will learn vocabulary and cultural aspects of the country specific to their needs.
Some students take tutorial classes to achieve a specific goal such as writing a speech or making a presentation. The course will be designed around completing that specific task.
