Onsite Tuition- $250.00 Per Credit Hour

3 credit hour course-$750.00

4 credit hour course-$1000.00

Distance Learning Tuition: $250.00 Per Credit Hour

Distance Learning Tuition Texas Resident (Out of District):  $130.00 Per Credit Hour

Distance Learning Tuition Texas Resident (In District):  $105.00 Per Credit Hour

 

Payment is expected at the time of registration. If you do not meet the payment deadline, you will be dropped from all classes in which you have registered. CTC will accept tuition assistance (sponsor) agreements in lieu of payments at the time of registration, but students will be responsible for all amounts not covered by the sponsor agreement or if sponsoring agency does not remit payment in full. If you anticipate having a PELL grant, loan, or other financial aid, you must insure that your aid awards cover your tuition balance. If you decide not to attend classes, you must officially drop your classes prior to the first day of the semester/term or you will be responsible for repaying financial aid monies applied to your account.

Credit card, check or  money order.


Financial Aid Accepted:

TA, PELL, Student Loan, MyCAA, Voc Rehab, all Veteran’s Educational Benefits.

Students are responsible for any additional amounts due CTC for post-enrollment audits and corrections, including all fees and waivers: i.e., registration assessing errors, dropping or adding classes, invalid employment or third-party waivers, etc.


Refunds:

Although the following refund schedule is provided, actual refunds for tuition and fees are based upon the contract, agreement, or memorandum of understanding at the location for which the College operates.  Some students in certain states such as Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia may be refunded in accordance with each individual state's refund policy if the enrollment is not based upon an existing federal contact or agreement.  Obtain information about the refund policy from the Education Officer, Navy College Officer, or Central Texas College Representative.


• 100% Refund if withdrawal is before the first day of the term or semester.  

• 75% Refund if not more than 18.75% of the term or semester has elapsed.

• 25% Refund if not more than 25% of the term or semester has elapsed.

• 5% Refund if not more than 60% of the term or semester has elapsed.

• 0% Refund if more than 60% of the term or semester has elapsed.
